EACL 2006 Instructions for Poster and Demo Presenters

Poster Session

For each poster, a poster board will be available with the folllowing dimensions:
  • width: 110 cm
  • height: 140 cm
The poster should be fastened with pins (i.e., not with tape).

Demo Session

For each demo, the following will be available:
  • a large table and some chairs
  • a poster board (110 cm x 140 cm, as for the poster session)
  • a wireless internet connection
  • electric socket
We assume that demo presenters will bring their own laptop and any other equipment they need for their presentations.

Demo presenters are free to use the poster board to present a poster relating to the demo, or other relevant material.
